I grew up in the Village of Liverpool, and spent many weeks each year enjoying our family cabin in Quebec, Canada. Being surrounded by wilderness has always been something I enjoy. I learned how to operate an ATV at an early age, and exploring the woods with our dogs always kept me entertained.
After High School, I started as an inside sales and customer service representative for a fire boot manufacturer. In 2008, I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a letter carrier. It was a very strenuous job, but I always enjoyed the challenge. I worked long hours for 6, sometimes 7 days a week, but I worked with and met some amazing people. I decided in 2012 to obtain my real estate license, and it was one of the best career decisions I had ever made.
My husband Matt has fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a career fire fighter. Working as a fire fighter is not only a job, but you acquire a “second family” with everyone he works with. Our daughter looks at him as a hero, but to him, it is his job to help people.
